Piston Pump

 The E and DK series pumps are direct drive single or double stage rotary piston pumps. These pumps are the workhorses of the industry; the most reliable pumps with working lifetimes of up to 30 years and more.

E250 = Single stage rotary piston with a pumping speed of 290  (171 cfm) and ultimate pressures down to 4 x 10-2 mbar (2 x 10-2 Torr).

DK200 = Dual stage rotary piston with a pumping speed of 225 m3/h (132 cfm) and ultimate pressures down to 5 x 10-4 mbar (1 x 10-4 Torr).

Separate oil filling for the gear protects the gear against contaminated pump oil

Oil is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling

A built-in anti-reverse lock prevents incorrect rotation of the piston and also stops it being pulled back when the pump is switched off while under vacuum

Air cooling makes the pump environmentally-friendly and economic

Clear design and service-friendly due to the modular design
