Vacuum Products Canada Inc. is ISO 9001:2008 certified. We have held our ISO registration since June of 1995 for sales and service of  vacuum pumps and equipment.  Click on the ISO link to see our quality certificate.

Quality Policy

Vacuum Products Canada Inc. complies with ISO 9001:2008(E) quality requirements. We continually strive for improvement in our customer service, speed of order processing, delivery times, evaluation and repair times and technical knowledge.

Other Certifications

Vacuum Products Canada Inc. has been qualified to CSA Z299.3 for work in the nuclear sector as audited by RCM Technologies on October 5th, 2010.

Z299.4 is appropriate for mass produced products designed to ordinary technical standards, or high volume services. It includes requirements to:

Carry out inspection and testing
Have a plan to deal with non-conforming items
Keep records
Control measurement and testing equipment

Z299.3 is appropriate for products or services which involve some complex processes. Failure of the product could cause significant monetary cost or some risk to health and safety. It includes all of Z299.4 requirements, plus:

Control of procurement activities
Control of documentation
Traceability of items
Control packaging & shipping
A manual to document these activities
