Trivac and Sogevac Pumps

We provide all levels of spare parts and service on the Leybold pumps. There are three main levels of repairs. If your pump needs parts in addition to the standard repair, you will be notified after pump evaluation and we will ask your approval before proceeding. All repairs include repair and test to manufacturing specifications and oil filling.

Minor Rebuild

6-month warranty
Complete disassembly
Thorough cleaning
Inspection of all components
Replacement all gaskets and seals
Replace motor coupling insert
Recharge with pump fluid
24 hour run-in
Quality tested in conformance with factory specifications
Repaint if necessary
Package for shipment

Major Rebuild

6-month warranty
Same as minor with additional:
Replace vanes
Replace exhaust valve plates
Replace oil sight glass (if necessary)
Replace bearings (as appropriate)
Replace oil and exhaust filters
Replace dirt trap
Replace shaft sleeve
Replace internal springs and nozzles

Module Replacement

1-year warranty
Same as major with additional:
Replace pumping module complete

Corrosive Series (PFPE)

Same as minor, major or module with additional:
Decontamination
PFPE pump fluid
