Vacuum Products Canada Inc. was founded in 1977 as Leybold Inc. and has supplied Canada’s industrial and scientific communities with high and ultra-high vacuum systems and components ever since. During its evolution from Leybold Inc. through Leybold Canada Inc. into Vacuum Products Canada Inc., the company has been a fully-owned subsidiary of the Leybold-Heraeus group of companies and is now a privately owned Canadian company selling vacuum instruments and components across North America. Over the years, Vacuum Products has supplied automotive, decorative and optical coating systems, Leybold didactic products, Leybold vacuum pumps and instrumentation.  Vacuum valves, gauges and fittings as well as helium leak detectors and gas analysis equipment round out our product lines.

From our service centre and warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario we supply scientific equipment to analytical, automotive, coating, laser cutting, lighting, refrigeration and research customers, among others. The Mississauga location houses customer support, service, sales and technical support personnel. Our vacuum technology product line includes Oerlikon Leybold turbomolecular and rotary vane pumps, roots blowers, gas analysis systems, vacuum gauges, helium leak detectors, thin film control and metrology equipment. In addition, we offer Oerlikon Leybold vacuum coating systems and materials for a wide variety of substrates. Service Expertise

Our Service Technician, Rene Albers has been with Vacuum Products Canada for almost 20 years in various capacities.  He has been through rigorous service and repair training with Oerlikon Leybold and is certified to do repairs and warranty evaluations.  He regularly attends service training on new products as they are introduced into the market.  Rene's expertise includes helium leak detection services and on-site system evaluation.
