Vacuum Products Canada Inc.
has a full-service repair department at the Mississauga facility
in Ontario. We support all the products we sell and provide repair
services for all of our lines. Due to popular demand, we now
also provide repair
services for other manufacturers' mechanical and turbomolecular
pumps and leak detectors. In addition, we support all types of cryogenic systems
and MRI systems and
can provide repair services for their components. To see more information

Factory Authorization
Our technicians are factory trained and
inspected by Oerlikon Leybold and INFICON manufacturing teams to ensure the
highest quality repairs with original manufacturer's parts. When you value
your investment, genuine parts are the way to ensure top
quality performance of your equipment.

When
you send your equipment to Vacuum Products Canada Inc. we do an initial
inspection, disassemble and clean the equipment and do a full internal
inspection according to the manufacturers' specifications. We provide you with a findings report and firm repair
quotation.
Once you have approved the repair, your parts are gathered and the
equipment is tracked throughout the repair procedure.
After completion, the equipment is tested to the manufacturers'
specifications and you receive a report verifying the test values. |

| On-Site Vacuum System Diagnostics and Troubleshooting - Technical
consulting and repair services extend to vacuum coating, furnace,
metallurgy, nuclear, low temperature research, drying and freeze drying,
degassing, space simulation, beam apparatus and general vacuum facilities. |
| On-site Maintenance of Rough and High Vacuum
Equipment - Includes full maintenance contracts including anything from
basic maintenance to full set up and replacement service and emergency pump
swap. |
| On-site MRI Cold-Head and Compressor
Services -
We
work with a service partner to fully service the magnet portion of many MRI
systems; OMT, Siemens, Toshiba and GE. On-site service includes cold exchange of
the cold head in the cryogenic MRI system and exchange of the adsorbers in the
compressor unit. In addition, we offer support for all types of cryogenic systems including Leybold,
CTI, Sumitomo, Balzers and APD. We provide on-site or in house preventative
maintenance and repair/refurbishment of cold heads and compressors. |

Warranty Work
Don't want the hassle of sending your equipment
back through a third party for a possible warranty claim? Vacuum Products
is factory authorized to evaluate and complete all warranty work for Oerlikon
Leybold products.
Our new products include a standard warranty of at
least 12 months from date of shipment. Our rebuilt items have a 6 to 12
month standard warranty as do our repairs. Extended warranties are
available for most products at the time of purchase. Please inquire for

Certification We provide third party CSA
field evaluation for most types of vacuum pumps and instrumentation. You are
provided with the third party labeling and field service report verifying
compliance to CSA standards. |
